We are located out in Hoskote, specifically on Rama Mandir Street. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Bangalore city center, but it’s where we set things up. The address is through R.Raghupathy at Poojari Chandrappa’s place. It’s a local spot in Chikka Thigalara Pete. You won't find a big skyscraper here. It’s more of a community-based setup for Qualcomm. We’ve been here for a while, just handling our business day by day. The street gets busy during temple festivals because of the Rama Mandir nearby. It’s an interesting place to work. We aren't doing anything too flashy. It’s mostly about being present and getting the local work done. People around here know the family and the building. We don’t have a big HR department or a receptionist at a front desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working in the room. It’s simple and it works for us. Hoskote has its own pace, much slower than the middle of Bangalore, and we appreciate that. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. The records are kept in the back, and we manage everything from this small office. It’s a modest way of doing things, but we prefer the direct approach. No corporate layers, just people working in a space they know well. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the daily requirements without making a fuss.
