We are located in Purva Heights, over in Bilekahali. Being in an apartment complex like B-902 makes the office feel a bit more like a home than a sterile workplace. Qthink Technologies is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of computer-based work, mostly software development and tech support. Since we’re in Bangalore, there's always a lot of competition around, but we just focus on what’s on our own screens. It’s a quiet space, which is good for concentration. You can see the city from the higher floors, which is nice when you need a break from staring at lines of code. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of people. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s names and families. We don't have a HR department or a PR firm to handle our image. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone. We don't have a polished pitch for clients. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it as best as we can. The traffic on the way to Bilekahali can be a nightmare, so many of us stay late to avoid the rush. It’s just how things are in this city. We use simple tools and keep our overhead low. Our focus is just getting the daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a decent place to work and we get along fine.
