Qlec Solutions Private Limited

Our workspace is in Smaran Jyothi Apartments, located in Sampige Layout within the Vijayanagara area. We are in unit F1 on the 10th Main. Vijayanagara has that old Bangalore feel to it, with lots of residential houses and local markets nearby. Qlec Solutions Private Limited is a modest operation. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a regular apartment where we’ve set up our computers and some basic office furniture. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have extra equipment lying around, but it works for us. We like being in this neighborhood because it’s easy to find good food and the streets are fairly easy to navigate. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, check our emails, and start working on our current tasks. There is no big management layer here; we just talk to each other across the room if something comes up. The 10th Main road gets a bit busy in the evenings, but inside the apartment, it stays relatively quiet. We’ve got a few cabinets filled with old files and a corner where we keep the water cooler and the coffee supplies. It is an honest, straightforward place to work. We don't worry about being polished or corporate. We just focus on getting the daily jobs done and heading home to our families at the end of the day.
