Our Qatar Airways office is at 15/5, A.M Road in Frazer Town, Bangalore. Frazer Town is one of those neighborhoods that always feels alive, with plenty of food spots and shops nearby. Being on A.M Road means we are right in the thick of things. The office itself is a functional space where we handle bookings and answer questions about flights. It’s a small branch, so it feels more personal than the big airport desks. We deal with a lot of phone calls and people walking in to sort out their travel plans. The street outside can get quite loud with all the bikes and cars, but inside we just keep focused on the screens and the paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, just steady work making sure all the flight details are correct. Sometimes the power goes out or the system gets slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the city. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old maps on the walls. Most of the staff have been here for a while and they know the regulars who travel often. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what flights are available and what the prices look like for that day. It’s a simple, local office that helps people get where they need to go without any extra fluff.
