Down in Bangalore, specifically in Gokul 1st Stage, you can find us over at 9th Main. We are on the ground floor of building number 345 in the 2nd Phase. K. Arun is the name associated with this particular spot. When people hear Pvr Cinemas, they usually think of the big malls and the popcorn smells, but this location is more of the behind-the-scenes part of the operation. It’s where the actual planning and administrative grunt work happens. The area around here in 560054 is pretty busy. There are always bikes parked out front and people moving around. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of papers. We don't have any movie posters on the walls or fancy lighting. It’s just a ground floor space where we keep things running. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so getting here in the morning is usually the hardest part of the day. Once we are inside, it’s just about getting through the emails and the phone calls. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything from this office. We are just the folks making sure the logistics and the paperwork are sorted out so the theaters can do their thing. It’s steady work and we’ve been here at this 9th Main address for a while now. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood.
