Purvankara Projects Ltd

We've been around the Vijayanagar area for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away on 8th Cross in BCC Layout. People usually find us near the 9th Main intersection, right at 355/13. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We mostly handle building projects and everything that goes along with that. Bangalore is changing fast, especially in this part of town, so there is always something to do. It isn't always easy dealing with the local traffic or getting materials through the narrow streets, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Most days involve talking to contractors and checking on sites. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. That’s just how it is here. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure they stay up. If you walk past the building, you'll probably see one of us outside grabbing tea or arguing with a delivery driver. It's just a regular local operation trying to keep up with the city's growth. No big secrets here, just a lot of cement and phone calls. We've seen a lot of houses go up on this street since we moved in. It makes us feel like we're part of the furniture.
