Purvankara Projects Ltd

You can find us at the Pavitra Building, number 1457. We are located on 17th B Main in J.P. Nagar 2nd Phase. This is where Purvankara Projects Ltd does its daily tasks. J.P. Nagar is a good part of Bangalore, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our office inside Pavitra Building is fairly large but we’ve filled it up with filing cabinets and storage boxes. It’s not the most modern-looking space. We have some old posters on the wall from projects we finished years ago. The carpet is a little worn out in the hallway. We have a lot of people coming in and out—vendors, workers, and sometimes neighbors just stopping by to chat. It’s a friendly atmosphere, not very formal. We don't use much corporate lingo. We just talk about what needs to be built and how much it’s going to cost. There’s a balcony where some of us go to get some air when the office feels too stuffy. We have a water filter that makes a weird noise, but the water is cold, so nobody complains. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have a big marketing department here. It's just us handling the groundwork. If you need something, you just ask. We’ve been here a long time and the building feels like home now. The doorbell is a bit temperamental so you might have to knock hard.
