If you’re looking for us, we are up on the 3rd floor at 40 Malleshwaram. It’s a pretty easy place to find because we are right near the Hallimane Hotel, and everyone knows where that is. The smell of the food from the hotel sometimes drifts up here and makes us all hungry around lunchtime. Malleshwaram has that old-school vibe that you don't find in the newer parts of the city. We deal with homes, mostly helping people buy or sell around this area. Our office is tucked away, so it’s actually quite quiet compared to the street below. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It's just a regular workspace with some files and maps of the local layouts. To be honest, the elevator in this building is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old houses getting torn down. It’s a bit sad sometimes, but that’s just how things go. We spend a lot of time talking to families who have lived here for generations. They have stories about every corner of these streets. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just know the local property market well because we live and work right in the middle of it every single day. It keeps us on our toes and the work is consistent.
