Puruvankara Projects Ltd

Our office is located at 407 Apoorva Building Cross, right on RM Nagar Main Road in Dodda Banaswadi. This is the spot for Puruvankara Projects Ltd. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always a lot of noise from the main road. The building itself is called Thejus Engg. We are on the fourth floor. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner. The windows get a bit dirty from the road dust, but we try to keep things tidy inside. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It’s not a quiet job. People are always coming in with questions or looking for signatures. We have a small pantry where we keep the water cooler and some biscuits. It’s where most of the gossip happens. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a group of people trying to keep multiple projects moving at the same time. Sometimes things get stressful, but we usually manage to figure it out. The elevator is small, so we often just take the stairs. It’s faster anyway. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the other tenants. It’s just a normal workday for us. We keep the lights on until late most evenings. It's just how the schedule works out.
