Purchase & Store Incharge

I am the Purchase & Store Incharge here and my workspace is on the 1st Floor of building 251/1. We are right on Old Byappanahalli M.S Nagar Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a very busy street so there is always the sound of horns and engines outside the window. Being in charge of the store means I’m always counting things or checking what came in on the delivery trucks. The M.S Nagar area is pretty crowded but it’s a good spot for a warehouse or a store room because everyone knows where the main road is. My office isn't very large and it's mostly filled with boxes and ledgers. I spend my day making sure everything is where it should be. The post office is nearby too which helps with the mail. It’s a lot of responsibility keeping track of inventory but I’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just a routine now. Some days are more hectic than others especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to move things around. The stairs up to the 1st floor are a bit narrow so we have to be careful with the heavy stuff. It’s a dusty job sometimes but that’s part of it. I don't have a big team or anything, just a few people helping out. We just stay focused on the lists and the shelves in this part of Bangalore. It gets the job done and keeps me busy all day long.
