Puravankara

Puravankara has an office in the Yelahanka part of Bangalore. Specifically, we are in Flat 506 in the 12th Block of Montana, which is inside the Heritage Estates. It is located on Doddaballapur Road. Yelahanka is a bit further out from the main city center, so it feels a little more open and the air is slightly better. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding estates. Heritage Estates is a big residential complex, so working here feels very quiet and safe. We have a regular flat that we use for our office work. It has got all the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a small pantry for making tea. The commute on Doddaballapur Road can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. Sometimes the trucks heading out of the city slow everything down. We like the vibe of this area because it is not as frantic as places like Koramangala or Indiranagar. The pincode is 560064. We just come in every morning, do the paperwork, and manage the real estate details. It is a professional but relaxed environment. There is no corporate lobby, just a doorbell and a regular office setup inside a flat. It is a practical way for us to stay close to our projects in North Bangalore and keep things running smoothly.
