Puravankara Projects Ltd.

We run Puravankara Projects Ltd. out of a ground floor space at No. 282. It is on 1st Cross in Bangalore, Karnataka 560038. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in, which happens more often than you might think. We don’t have any of those high-rise offices with glass walls. It is just a regular building in a regular part of town. The area around 1st Cross stays pretty active. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change as Bangalore grows. Our daily routine is mostly about keeping projects on track and dealing with the usual hiccups that come with this kind of work. We aren't into using big, fancy words to describe what we do. It is basically just project work and making sure everything is where it should be. We have a small team here on the ground floor. We all know each other well and we don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Someone needs something done, and we just figure out who has the time to do it. It is a practical way to spend the day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We are just a local Bangalore outfit trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss or complication.
