Our office is situated right on Hosur Road in Bangalore. If you know this part of the city, you know how the traffic can get. It's a busy stretch of road and we see thousands of cars go by every single day. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to people about their homes. It’s not always easy work. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's a bit quieter. We have a team here that’s been together for a good bit of time. We usually grab lunch at one of the small spots nearby. It’s nice to get out of the air conditioning for a bit even if it’s noisy outside. We don't really do the big corporate talk here. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to help folks find what they need. The office is pretty standard with desks and computers everywhere. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project happening. Hosur Road is a central place to be, so it makes sense for us to stay here. We’ve seen the area change quite a lot over the years. New buildings go up all the time. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure all the pieces fit together. We’re just a group of people working hard in a busy city. It gets tiring but it is what it is.
