Puravankara Projects Limited

We've been working out of Bangalore for quite a while now. The address we have listed mentions S.S.L.C 2004, which is a bit of an old reference, but we are still here in the city. Working in property and projects means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and construction plans. It’s a lot of back and forth with different sites. Our main office is where all the coordination happens. It’s not always the neatest place, especially when we have blueprints rolled up everywhere and people coming in and out from different project locations. Bangalore is always growing, so there’s never really a dull moment for us. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the paperwork is sorted out with the city offices. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get across town, so we end up spending a lot of time on the phone or on our computers. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years since 2004. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late to finish up a filing or a design plan. We don't go in for all the fancy corporate talk; we just like to see things get built properly. It’s a small team in this particular office, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We just keep doing what we do, day by day. It’s simple work, but it keeps us very busy all year round.
