Proxcel Events

Our office is situated at 44/45 Rekuna Nilaya on the Thanisandra Main Road in Bangalore. It is a busy part of Karnataka and you can always hear the cars and bikes going past the building. The space we have inside Rekuna Nilaya is where all the Proxcel Events planning happens behind the scenes. It's often a bit messy because we have boxes of supplies, rolls of tape, and banners leaning against the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors or checking lists for different projects. The Bangalore weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when the traffic noise isn't too loud. There are a few desks pushed together and some chairs that have seen better days. Aswathnagar is a good area with plenty of small eateries where we grab lunch when we are too busy to bring something from home. It's not a corporate showroom; it's more like a workshop where we figure out the logistics of putting things together. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is coming up, and the streetlights on Thanisandra Main Road are the only things glowing outside. We have a small pantry with a kettle that gets used a lot for coffee. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows what they need to do. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of our schedule every single day as best as we can.
