Provisiohr is located on the 2nd floor of Door Number 9 in Ashoknagar, Bangalore. It’s a central enough spot, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office is a bit of a walk up the stairs, but it’s a good space once you get inside. We handle HR services for different clients, so there is always a variety of work on our desks. It could be anything from sorting out contracts to helping with recruitment. We aren't a giant firm, just a dedicated team working out of this Ashoknagar building. The area is quite lively, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, we keep things pretty low-key. We have our desks, our files, and the usual office supplies. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. We prefer to just get on with the tasks at hand. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with paperwork, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to use a lot of big business words to describe it. We just provide HR support to the businesses that come to us. It’s a steady job and we like the neighborhood. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. It’s a practical, local operation and we’re happy with that setup.
