Our office is up on the 3rd floor of No. 302, right here in the Bommasandra Jigani Link Road area. It’s a real industrial spot, so there’s always a lot of noise from trucks and the factories nearby. Being in the Jigani Industrial Area means we are surrounded by people actually making things. We handle biological products, which sounds complicated but for us, it’s just the daily routine. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much when the lift is acting up, but it keeps us moving. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers or checking on some samples. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, making it quite warm in here. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for some time now and have seen the road get wider and the traffic get much worse. Still, it’s a good place to be for this kind of work. We mostly just focus on getting the biologicals right and making sure the paperwork is sorted for the next shipment. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon break. Just plain, simple work happening every day in Bommasandra.
