Protech Microsystems India Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 51/1/A on KR Road in the 7th Block of Jayanagar. If you have spent time in Jayanagar, you know it is a bit quieter than the rest of the city with all those old trees lining the streets. Our building is right there on the main road, making it easy to spot once you get into the 7th Block area. Inside, things are usually pretty focused. We deal with microsystems, so there is a lot of small-scale technical work happening on any given afternoon. The office layout is simple and we have been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories about old projects. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work at our stations. It is a professional environment but definitely not stiff or corporate. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp, especially when we are looking at circuit boards or complex layouts for hours. Sometimes the traffic on KR Road gets a bit loud, but once you close the door, it is easy to get lost in the work. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their role. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get things right the first time. We do not have fancy lounge areas, just our desks and our tools, which is exactly how we like it. It keeps us grounded and focused on the day.
