Propmart

We are based out in Bangalore and mostly work with property and land. It’s a big city and things are always changing, so we stay busy. Propmart isn't a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything. We are just a group of people who know the streets and the different neighborhoods here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to look at different sites. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so half our time is just sitting in the car trying to get from one side of town to the other. We talk to people who want to sell their old houses or maybe buy a bit of land to build something new. It is a lot of paperwork and checking documents, which can be a real headache sometimes. We just try to get the facts right so nobody has problems later on. There are so many new apartments going up every week it’s hard to keep track. We just stick to what we know and try to be helpful when someone asks a question. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes deals fall through at the last minute, but that is just how the real estate world goes. We have our small office where we meet and drink way too much coffee while looking at maps and lists of houses. It’s a noisy city, but we like being in the middle of it all, helping people figure out where they want to live next.
