Property Page

We go by the name Property Page and you can find us over at Vijaya Nagar 51. It’s a small place we have here, just enough room for a few chairs and our files. Vijaya Nagar is a pretty active area, and there is always someone looking to buy or sell a bit of land. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and looking through the local news to see what is happening. We don't go for big fancy ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in because they saw the sign outside. We know the neighbors and we know which houses are actually worth looking at. It isn't a high-speed corporate environment. Sometimes we spend an hour just chatting with someone about the old days in the neighborhood before we even talk about property. We try to keep things very down to earth. Finding a new home is a big deal, and it shouldn't feel like a sales pitch. We just show you what we have on our list and tell you the price. The office can get a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the fresh air. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who live around here. We’ve been at number 51 for a while and don't plan on moving.
