We’ve been operating out of Shibra Farms for some time now. It’s located right on Nagasandra Main Road, not too far from the 8th Mile mark on Tumkur Road here in Bengaluru. The area is always busy with trucks and people moving about, but once you get inside the gates, it’s a bit quieter. Our office isn't much to look at, honestly. It’s just a practical space where we handle all our renewable energy work. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps and technical charts pinned to the walls. Most of the staff has been around since the start, so we all know how things work. We don’t really bother with fancy uniforms or corporate talk. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure the projects are moving along. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Tumkur Road traffic, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is free usually answers the phone. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time discussing solar setups and how to fix issues that crop up in the field. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to do things right. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home.
