Working at Promoters Developers Pvt Ltd means we deal with a lot of local stuff, mostly just keeping track of projects and meeting folks who are interested in land or buildings. Hosur Road is always packed with vehicles, so our little cross street feels a bit like a hideout from the noise. The office isn't anything special, just some desks, a bunch of maps pinned to the walls, and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on how things are coming along. It’s a lot of coordination with builders and laborers, which can be stressful when things don't go according to plan. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting things built and making sure the paperwork is in order. Sometimes we sit around the office having tea and talking about how the city is changing so fast. We see new buildings going up everywhere around us. Our job is just to be a part of that process in a small way. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being around for a long time and knowing the area well. It’s just a regular local business.
