Promind Technologies

Mathikere is a busy part of town, and being at Naigaum 25 means we are right in the middle of all the noise and movement. Promind Technologies is a small operation, really. We’ve got a few rooms where we handle the tech stuff, and it can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around. The building itself is older, so the stairs are a bit steep and the paint is peeling in some corners. We don’t mind it much because we are usually too busy with our work to notice. People in the neighborhood know us as the tech guys who are always there late. There is a small tea stall just down the road that we visit way too often. The work isn't always glamorous; it’s a lot of troubleshooting and making sure things don't break. We have a couple of desks that are covered in cables and sticky notes. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy lounge areas or free snacks, just a bunch of people trying to keep things running. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a mess, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks for the day. There is always a stack of old hard drives sitting on the shelf that we keep meaning to sort through.
