Promex Property Solutions

Our office for Promex Property Solutions is tucked away in the 938 HRBR Layout, specifically in the Police Colony area. Being on the ground floor of Sector 26 makes it pretty easy for people to just walk in when they have questions about their houses or shops. Most of our days are spent checking on different buildings and making sure the keys are where they should be. It is a lot of back-and-forth work between the office and the various sites we look after. We have a few simple desks and some chairs for visitors, but we are usually out on the road more than we are sitting down. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. We handle things like fixing leaky pipes, talking to painters, or showing a vacant flat to someone who needs a place to live. There is always a lot of paperwork with property, so the filing cabinets are usually overflowing with folders and old maps. We keep a pot of tea going for when we need a break from the heat. Dealing with property isn't always smooth, especially when there are repairs to manage or people moving in and out at the same time, but we just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized. It is just a small team of us here trying to keep the local buildings in good shape.
