Prolisys Technologies is situated at Hathikhana 1000, right in the Banashankari Yard area. It’s a bit of a unique spot, and the address itself, number 1000, is easy enough to remember. The office is pretty straightforward, without any of the fancy decorations you might see in newer buildings. We have a few rooms filled with desks and equipment, and that’s about it. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and trying to figure out technical issues that pop up. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work and we have a good group of people here. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies; if something needs doing, someone just does it. The area around Hathikhana has a lot of history, and you can feel that when you walk around the neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty or the chairs squeak, but we don't let that bother us much. We have a small routine going, starting with morning tea and ending with a quick chat before heading out. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the work itself rather than how the office looks to outsiders. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and it’s become a familiar part of our daily lives. There’s nothing hidden or complex about how we run things; we just show up at number 1000 and get to it every single day.
