Progenic Infomatics

We have been set up at 86 BTM Layout for quite a while now, right inside the Vakola Akshya Archade. If you are familiar with the neighborhood, we are the ones located right near the State Bank of India ATM. It is a pretty busy spot with people coming and going for cash all day, but we like the energy of it. My small team and I handle various info and data tasks under the name Progenic Infomatics. It started out as just a few of us in a tiny, cramped room, and now we have a bit more space to breathe, though it still feels crowded with all the gear. We mostly spend our days staring at screens and trying to make software work the way it is supposed to. Sometimes it is a real headache when a system crashes for no reason, but that is just how this job goes. People from the nearby shops often drop by if they have a quick question about their computers or need some basic technical help. We do not bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. Most folks find us just by walking past the ATM or through word of mouth from other local business owners. The office is a bit of a mess most days, with blue cables running everywhere and half-empty coffee mugs on the desks, but the work gets finished. We try to keep things simple. If we cannot fix something, we will tell you straight.
