Priyanka Fancy & Gift Centre

Priyanka Fancy & Gift Centre is located at 674, which is in the second lane of Banaswadi. We are right across from Pranav Hospital, so that is how most people find us if they are not from this immediate street. It is a small shop and we have crammed a lot of items into it over the years. You can find things like hair accessories, small toys, birthday decorations, and various gift items on our shelves. My wife and I run the place together and we have been here for a long time. The glass counters are a bit worn out and we have to fix the latch on the front door every few months because it gets stuck. We don't have a computer system, so we just write down everything in a big ledger book at the end of the day. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. The lighting in the back of the shop is a little dim, but we know where everything is kept, even the items that haven't been touched in a year. We get a lot of people coming in from the hospital who need a quick gift or just something to pass the time. Banaswadi is a nice area, though it is getting very crowded and noisy these days with all the new buildings going up. We enjoy talking to our regulars who have been coming to us since they were children. It can get very hot in the summer because we only have one small fan.
