Private Taxi Company

We are located over on 16th Cross in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with cars and people moving around all day long. Our day usually starts before the sun is even up when the first drivers come in to pick up their keys or check their schedules for the morning. We have a small space where we keep track of where all the cars are. It’s mostly just us answering the phones and writing down addresses on whatever paper we have handy near the phones. The cars need a lot of looking after, so there is usually someone out back checking the oil or cleaning out the back seats after a long shift. We don’t have any fancy booking systems that do everything for us; it’s a lot of manual work and knowing the shortcuts around the city. Bangalore traffic is something we talk about a lot because it affects every single ride we do. Sometimes a driver gets stuck near the junction and we have to call the customer to explain why we are running late. It is just what we do, driving people from one place to another. We have been in this Karnataka neighborhood for quite a while now. The office is small and sometimes a bit dusty from the road, but it is where we get everything organized every single day of the week. We keep things simple.
