Prithviglobal is located on the second floor of the Preksha building, right on 1st Main in Malleswaram, Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know Malleswaram is an older, busy area with a lot of character. Our office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and a few desks squeezed in, but it works for us. Aparna is usually the one you’ll talk to if you call or come by. We handle human resources and staffing things, mostly helping people find jobs in the city. It’s a lot of sorting through papers and talking to people who are nervous about interviews. We aren't one of those massive tech companies with a gym and a cafeteria. We just have a small kettle for tea and some windows that look out over the street. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, especially during rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. We try to be helpful to everyone who reaches out, even if we don't always have the perfect answer right away. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s just an honest little office in a busy part of town. We’ve been helping folks find their feet for a while now, and we plan to keep doing it as long as there are jobs to fill.
