If you are looking for us, we are at 462, which is the new number 18, on 8th Main in Vivekanagar. We are right at the 6th Cross, and it is a typical Bangalore neighborhood with houses and small shops all around. We have been working out of this office for a while, dealing with houses and land in the area. The office is usually cluttered with folders and maps of different layouts. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a couple of us who know the streets of Vivekanagar and the surrounding parts of the city. People come in to ask about rents or if there is any land for sale nearby. We tell them what we know and show them what is available on our lists. Some days are really slow and we just sit and drink coffee, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. The building itself is just a regular spot on the main road, nothing too flashy. We try to keep things honest because we have to see these neighbors every day. It is a lot of walking around to check on properties and talking to owners. We like the local vibe here and the fact that we can just walk down the street to get whatever we need for the office. Being based at this Vivekanagar address keeps us right in the middle of everything we know.
