Prism Holiday

We are located at 126 on 7th Main over in Jaya Nagar. It is in the 4th Block area, right across from where Maiyas Hotel is in Basavanagar. We are also pretty much opposite the police station, so it is easy to find if you are driving around looking for us. This is where we sit and work on travel stuff all day. Prism Holiday is basically just a few of us here with our computers and a lot of maps. People come in to ask about trips or to get their tickets sorted out. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic outside, but we don’t mind it much. We have been here for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. Usually, our desks are covered in papers and folders for different tours. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on hotel bookings or seeing if flights are on time. There is a small bench for people to sit on while they wait. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a practical office where the work gets done. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street while we go through the itineraries. We try to keep things organized but when it is busy, it can get a little chaotic with all the brochures. We just do our best to help everyone get where they need to go. It’s a good way to work.
