Prince Developers

We've been at the Unity Building for a while now. It's right next to the Corporation on Kempa Gowda Road, so finding us isn't too hard if you know the Mahavir Nagar area. We mostly handle building projects around here. It's busy work and there is always something going on with the sites. Some days are just paperwork and others are spent out in the dust. We aren't a huge outfit, just a few of us making sure things get built right. The traffic on this road can get pretty bad in the evenings, but we like being central. People often drop by when they are heading towards the city center. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we look at plans and talk to contractors. Most of our guys have been around this neighborhood for years. We know the local rules and how things work around here. If you are walking past the Corporation building, you'll see our sign. We started small and just kept at it. It’s not always easy, especially when materials don’t show up on time, but we manage. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. No big speeches, just work. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down, sometimes later if a deadline is coming up. We like it this way.
