We've been here in BTM Layout for a while now, specifically on 21st Cross. It's a busy area, but our office is easy to find if you're around the 7th Main. People usually come to us when they need help getting their travel plans sorted out. It’s just a small team of us working here daily. We deal with tickets and bookings mostly. Bangalore traffic can be a mess, so we appreciate when folks stop by in person instead of just calling. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and computers where we get things done. We started this because we liked travel ourselves. Now it's mostly about making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or things get hectic, but we manage. If you are near the 7th Main area, you can just walk in. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address at number 26. Most of our neighbors know us. We try to keep things straightforward. No complicated talk, just telling people what their options are for trips. It gets hot in the afternoons here, but we usually have the fan going. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, more shops and more people moving in. It’s a good spot to be. We’re usually here from morning until the evening. If the door is open, we’re around to help.
