Prestige Estates Projects Ltd

We’ve been at this spot on Residency Road for quite a while now. The office is up on the fourth floor of the Prestige Delta building. Most days, it’s just us figuring out how to get projects moving and making sure the paperwork for various estates stays organized. People stop by to talk about land or ask about new buildings coming up around the city. It gets busy, especially when we have several sites going at once. We don't really do the fancy sales talk here; it's mostly just planning and keeping track of things. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up on 15/1, but we’re still here doing the same kind of work every morning. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings with architects. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but the view from the fourth floor is decent enough. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who walks in. If someone needs to know about a plot or a new development, we just pull out the files and show them what’s what. There’s no big mystery to it, just a lot of coordination and making sure the builders have what they need. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes, even on the quiet days when we’re just catching up on emails. Residency Road is always loud outside, but in here, we just focus on getting the estates finished right.
