Our office is located on the 3rd floor at 22 MSR Nagar, right on S C Road. It’s a bit of a hike up the stairs, but it’s where we do all our work. We started this consultancy because we noticed a lot of small shops and offices around here had no idea what to do when their computers started acting up. It isn't a big operation, just a few of us surrounded by spare parts, old monitors, and a lot of tangled cables. The desks are usually covered in screws and tools because we always have something open for repair. We don't just fix hardware though, we also help people set up their networks or figure out why their software is crashing every ten minutes. It’s quiet work most of the time, just the sound of fans whirring and keys tapping away. We’ve been in MSR Nagar for a while now and most of our customers are just people from the local buildings who know us by name. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. You just walk in and tell us what’s wrong with your machine. Sometimes the problems are easy to fix and other times we spend all night trying to recover some lost data. It’s a lot of trial and error and staying up to date with the latest things coming out. We just enjoy the challenge of making things work again.
