Praveen Novelties

Praveen Novelties has been sitting at 92 Mamulpet for a long time. This part of the city is always moving, with narrow streets and tons of people carrying things back and forth. Our shop is pretty simple. We don’t have any fancy decorations or big bright signs. We just have shelves full of all the different novelty items we sell. Some days it gets really dusty with all the traffic outside, but we just wipe things down and keep going. It’s just us working here, unboxing new stock and trying to keep everything in some kind of order. It’s not always easy because the shop is small and we have a lot of stuff. We see the same people every week, mostly other local traders or regulars from the neighborhood. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big company. We are just a local business in Mamulpet. Sometimes the street gets so blocked with carts that even walking is hard, but that’s just life here. We open early and stay until it gets dark. Most of our time is spent just talking to customers and figuring out what they need. We don’t have a mission or a fancy philosophy. We just sell our novelties and try to make sure everything runs okay. It’s a bit cramped and noisy, but it’s our place and we are used to it by now. It is just another day at 92.
