Prathima Seethur Architects

Prathima Seethur Architects is located over in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. Specifically, we're in the 5th Stage of the BEML Layout, at house number 1753. It’s a nice area, quite residential and mostly quiet compared to the city center. We've been working from this spot for some time. There’s a desk for everyone and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corners. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. When people come by, they usually mention how the layout can be a bit confusing if you’re not from around here. We just tell them to look for the big tree near the gate. We spend our days mostly looking at screens or sketching things out on paper. It's just us here, no big corporate structure or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. We don’t have a script or a formal way of doing things. We just talk like normal people. Sometimes we have lunch together at the table in the back. The neighborhood has changed a bit since we started, but we’re still here at the same address. It's a decent place to work. We don't do much advertising; people mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign outside. It’s just a practical workspace for practical people who happen to be architects. We keep the windows open for a breeze when the weather is nice.
