Our office is right on the Kundalahalli 100 Feet Ring Road, specifically at number 60. If you’ve ever driven past here, you know the traffic can be something else. We spend a lot of our time watching the cars go by while we’re working on our latest projects. It’s a busy place, but it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, and it’s become like a second home to most of us. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and maps of the local area. We focus on the practical side of property development. That means a lot of time spent on the phone with contractors and making sure the supplies show up when they're supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and we have to scramble. That’s just part of the job. We like being on the Ring Road because it makes us easy to find, even if the noise is a bit much sometimes. We’ve seen this whole area change so fast, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We just try to do our part and keep things moving. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for decades and a few newer faces. We mostly just focus on getting the day's tasks done so we can get home before the evening rush hits its peak.
