Maruti Nagar is a lively part of Madiwala. We are located at number 58, right at the corner of 1st Main and 3rd Cross. It’s one of those Bangalore streets that is always full of bikes and people walking to the shops. Pranam Travels has been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by sight. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the staff and a few chairs for people waiting to talk about their trips. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking routes on the screen. Bangalore weather is usually good, but the traffic in Madiwala can be a real headache some days. Our office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we keep it tidy enough. There is a small bakery nearby that smells like fresh bread in the mornings, which is nice. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a simple room where we work. We help people with their travel needs, mostly locals who live around here or workers nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use fancy words to describe ourselves. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day’s work. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's chaotic when everyone wants a ticket at once. That's just how it goes in this part of town.
