You can find Pranam Travels Pvt Ltd over at Gem Plaza. We are on the first floor, specifically in F2 of the Shivalik Business Center on Infantry Road. It’s a busy part of the city. There’s always someone coming in to ask about tickets or schedules. The office has that typical travel agency feel—maps on the wall and a lot of ringing phones. Infantry Road is always packed with cars, so finding parking can be a real headache. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The Shivalik Business Center is a bit of a maze itself with all the different offices. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days. Usually, there's a stack of newspapers on the small table for people who are waiting. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge. It’s just a few chairs and some old magazines. Gem Plaza is a well-known landmark, so that helps people find us. We spend most of our day on the phone or typing away. It’s a lot of coordinating and checking times. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. It’s a functional space for what we do. Pranam Travels Pvt Ltd is just a bunch of us working to keep things moving.
