We started this business on Palace Road a while back. It’s right near the Palace Garden Apartments, which most people around here know. Dealing with property and different business groups takes up most of our time. It is a busy spot. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the office is a bit chaotic, but we get the work done. The area is decent, and being close to the main road helps people find us. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a workspace where we sit and manage the different parts of the company. It’s mostly family-run or close-knit. We see a lot of people coming in for paperwork and general questions about what we do. The building is older but serves us well enough. We keep the doors open during standard hours, though sometimes things run late if there is a lot to catch up on. Palace Road has changed a lot since we first moved in here. There are more shops now and the traffic has gotten worse, but we are still here in the same spot. We just try to stay on top of the daily tasks. It’s not a big corporate setup. It is just us working through the piles of files and making sure the tenants or clients are sorted. If you walk past the apartments, you will see our sign hanging there. It is a straightforward place to work and we do our best to keep things moving.
