Prakruthi Tours & Travels

You can find us in Rajaji Nagar, right near the Navarang Theatre. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so we usually just tell people to look for the theatre and they find us pretty quickly. Prakruthi Tours & Travels is a small operation. We have a few desks and a lot of calendars on the wall to keep track of bookings. We handle everything from local taxi runs to longer trips for people going on pilgrimage or visiting family in other states. The traffic near the theatre can be a real mess in the evenings when a movie is letting out, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our drivers are local guys who know the roads like the back of their hands. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning and fancy coffee. It’s just a place to sit down and figure out a travel plan that works for your budget. We try to keep our cars in good shape, though they aren't brand new luxury models. They get the job done and they’re reliable. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get people where they need to go on time. It's a simple business and we like it that way. We've been here for years, and we plan to stay here as long as people still need a way to get around the city.
