I’m Prakash K T and I work out of the H M S Complex on the 1st floor. The address is 3 Cubbonpet Main Road. Being on the first floor is handy because you don’t have to wait for the lift, which is often slow anyway. I’ve been in this building for several years now. It’s a busy place with all sorts of small businesses nearby. My office is quite small and mostly filled with my work materials. I have a desk that’s a bit too big for the room, but it holds all my files. The lighting isn’t the best, but it gets the job done. I usually spend my time talking to people and sorting through their requirements. It’s a lot of face-to-face interaction. The noise from Cubbonpet Main Road is pretty constant, but you stop noticing it after an hour or so. I don't have a receptionist or anything. If someone comes to the door, I just get up and answer it myself. It’s a very direct way of doing things. I keep a small kettle for making coffee when I have a break. The work isn't always exciting, but it keeps me busy. Most of my clients are local people who have known me for a long time. They just drop by when they need something. That’s how I like to keep things. Simple and straightforward.
