Prakash Agro Mills

Prakash Agro Mills is out at 133, Bommasandra Jigani Link Road in the Kiadb Industrial Area. It’s a massive industrial zone, so there are factories and mills everywhere you look. Our place is pretty loud because the milling machines are almost always running. There’s a constant hum in the air and a bit of fine dust that seems to settle on everything, no matter how much we sweep. The Jigani Link Road is usually jammed with heavy trucks, which makes getting to work a bit of a headache sometimes. We process various agricultural products here. It’s heavy work, moving bags around and making sure the machinery is greased and working right. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. We all eat our lunch together under the big tree near the main gate. The office is just a small cabin at the front with a metal roof. When it rains, the sound is so loud we can't even hear each other speak. We aren't trying to be some huge global brand. We’re just a mill doing our part in the supply chain. We don't have time for fancy talk or complicated business strategies. We just focus on the machines and the quality of the grain we are processing. It’s a long day, usually starting before the sun is fully up, but that is just how the mill runs.
