Prajwal Technologies

Out here in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, things move at a slightly different pace than the rest of the city. Our shop is on Kalbadevi Road, number 46/5. We call ourselves Prajwal Technologies, but mostly we are just the guys you go to when your laptop starts making a weird noise or your internet won't connect. The office is pretty simple. We have a couple of workbenches with soldering irons and a lot of screwdrivers lying around. There’s usually a stack of old monitors in the corner that we haven't gotten around to recycling yet. We don’t have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People just walk in, put their computer on the table, and tell us what’s wrong. We try our best to explain what’s broken without using too much technical talk that nobody understands anyway. Sometimes we can fix it in an hour, and other times we have to wait a week for a part to arrive. It’s just the nature of the work. The neighborhood is nice, and we get a lot of students and local families coming in. We’ve seen a lot of kids grow up and come back with their own gadgets years later. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. We aren't trying to be a giant service center, just a local spot where you can get your technology sorted out.
