Our office is located at No. 81 on the first floor along R V Road in Basavanagudi. It’s a busy street with lots of trees and people going about their business. We’ve been running this travel setup for a while now. It’s not a big corporate travel agency with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by maps and old brochures. We spend a lot of time on the phone or the computer, trying to figure out the best routes for folks. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable and has a nice view of the street from the first floor. People drop in to talk about their trips, and we usually end up chatting about more than just tickets. Basavanagudi has a specific feel to it, and we like being part of that local culture. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream vacation they can't afford. We just help them get where they need to go, whether it's for work or to visit family. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're carrying heavy bags, but most people don't mind. We keep things pretty relaxed here. There’s always a pot of tea going and a bit of clutter on the tables. It’s a real place where real work gets done. We've seen many changes on R V Road, but we're still here at number 81, helping out whoever walks through the door.
