You can find us at 94/1 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, on G Street. We are based in the Nsn Complex, which is right opposite the 108 B Bus Stop. It is a very busy spot in RT Nagar, and we spend a lot of our time just watching the buses pull in and out across the road. Our office is a practical space, filled with schedules and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. Being a tourist corporation, we have to keep track of a lot of different routes and timings. It’s a bit chaotic some days, especially when the buses are running late or the weather is bad. The building is older, and you can hear the noise from the street quite clearly even with the windows shut. We have a small table where we keep all the registers and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. The 108 B bus stop is a good landmark, so people rarely get lost trying to find us. We don't have any corporate branding or fancy carpets. It’s just a tile floor and some basic wooden furniture. We know most of the regulars who catch the bus outside every morning. Our day starts early and ends late, mostly just making sure the trips are planned out and the drivers have what they need. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to the rhythm of the street. Sometimes we go out for a quick coffee when the crowds thin out, but usually, someone has to stay by the desk to handle the walk-ins.
