Pragathi Associates

We've been based out of Kammanahalli for quite some time now. Our space is in the Sudarshan Party building, specifically units 502 and 503. It's a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to find parking nearby. We spend most of our days here handling the usual paperwork and meeting folks who drop by the office. The rooms are filled with folders and some old furniture that we’ve just never gotten around to replacing because it still works fine. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in, with new shops opening up every other month it seems. Some days it gets a bit noisy with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We usually keep the door open to let a bit of air in. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place where we get our work done. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in this city. We know the tea seller downstairs pretty well and usually grab a cup around mid-afternoon. It’s just how we run things here at Pragathi Associates, nothing too complicated or over the top. Just a local office doing its bit day after day.
