Prabhakara R & Associates

We are located right on Avenue Road, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots around. Our office is inside the Chandra Building, specifically at number 612. You have to come up to the second floor to find Prabhakara R & Associates. A good landmark is the Rice Memorial Church because we are right next to it. Being in this part of town means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside, but inside it stays relatively calm for the most part. The building itself is older, but it has a lot of character. We have been in this space for some time now. Getting here can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic on Avenue Road, but most of our regulars know the shortcuts by now. It is a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of papers. We do our work and talk to the people who drop by. There is no big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be around to help out. Being near the church makes it easy to give directions over the phone. We like the energy of this neighborhood even if the streets are narrow. It feels like the heart of the city. We keep things pretty basic here and focus on what needs to get done each day.
