Our office is over in Marenahalli, specifically at 131/C on the 9th Cross in the 2nd Phase. It’s a bit of a maze back here in the 18th B Main area, but once you find us, it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. At Powernet Solutions, we spend a lot of time looking at wires and networking gear. It’s not a glamorous job. Most days involve someone sitting on the floor trying to figure out why a router isn't behaving or crimping cables until their fingers ache. The office is basically just a few desks pushed together and a lot of boxes from servers and switches we’ve set up. We aren't one of those big tech companies with a cafeteria. We usually just order tea from the guy at the corner. There are about five of us here, and it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of hardware to test. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We’ve had some of the same customers for years because we’re just right here in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and technical headaches, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and wait for the backup to kick in. It’s a simple operation, really. We just try to get the internet working for people who need it without making it too complicated.
